SURABAYAPAGI.com, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched the office of the Directorate General of Human Settlements at the Ministry of PUPR Jakarta. Searching related to investigating bribery cases for the construction of Drinking Water Supply Systems (SPAM) projects at the Ministry of PUPR 2017-2018.
"Investigators conducted searches at the Office of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya, Ministry of PUPR from Thursday (3/1) day to night and two other locations," said KPK spokesman Febri Diansyah in Jakarta on Friday (4/1).
The other two locations searched were the homes of two suspects, namely Director of PT Tashida Sejahtera Perkara (TSP) Irene Irma (IIR) and Toba 1 SPAM Commitment Making Officer (PPK) Donny Sofyan Arifin (DSA).
"Of the three locations seized a number of project and financial documents and electronic evidence," Febri said.
Previously, the KPK on Wednesday (2/1) also searched three other suspect houses, namely Director of PT Tashida Sejahtera Perkara (TSP) Yuliana Enganita Dibyo (YUL), Managing Director of PT Wijaya Kusuma Emindo (WKE) Budi Suharto (BSU), and Chief Teuku Emergency SPAM Unit Moch Nazar (TMN).
Of the three locations, Rp 200 million was confiscated, Rp1 billion in deposits and a number of financial documents and SPAM projects in a number of regions.
For information, the total KPK has determined eight suspects related to the case. Allegedly as a giver, among others, PT Wijaya Kusuma Emindo (WKE) President Director Budi Suharto (BSU), Director of PT WKE Lily Sundarsih (LSU), Director of PT Tashida Sejahtera Perkara (TSP) Irene Irma (IIR), and Director of PT TSP Yuliana Enganita Dibyo (YUL)
While alleged recipients include the Head of the Strategic SPAM Work Unit / Commitment Making Officer (PPK) Lampung Anggiat Partunggal Nahar Simaremare (ARE) SPAM, PPK SPAM Katulampa Meina Woro Kustinah (MWR), Head of Teuku Emergency SPAM Unit Moch Nazar (TMN), and Toba 1 SPAM PPK Donny Sofyan Arifin (DSA).
Anggiat Partunggal Nahot Simaremare, Meina Woro Kustinah, Teuku Moch Nazar, and Donny Sofyan Arifin allegedly accepted bribes to arrange auctions related to the 2017-2018 SPAM development project in Umbulan 3-Pasuruan, Lampung, Toba 1, and Katulampa.
Two other projects are the procurement of HDPE pipes in Bekasi and disaster areas in Donggala, Palu, Central Sulawesi. For the project, they receive each of the following.
Anggiat Partunggal Nahot Simaremare received Rp 350 million and 5,000 US dollars for Lampung SPAM development. Furthermore, Rp 500 million for the construction of Umbulan 3 SPAM, Pasuruan, East Java. rk
