PVMBG of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Geological Agency also said that from morning to Saturday (5/1) afternoon, Gunung Anak Krakatau experienced 24 times the earthquake eruption, 4 times the seismic gusts, and continuous tremors. PVMBG states that during the observation period of January 5, 2019, at 06.00 to 12.00 WIB, Gunung Anak Krakatau was recorded as experiencing 24 times of seismic eruption, amplitude of 18-25 mm, duration of 52-114 seconds. Bucket seismicity 4 times, amplitude 18-22 mm, duration 46-110 seconds. Then the Continuous Tremor (Microtremor) is recorded with an amplitude of 2-17 mm (dominant 7 mm).
